Villa Affresco goes back to the 1700s and after several restorations during this time, it has now been completely renovated as a prestigious residence.  All plumbing, the electrical system, bathrooms, and internal décor have been completely overhauled using the latest techniques, and the kitchen has a professional edge with every possible accessory.  The furnishings are partly antique and those that are not are inspired by the original era of the villa, which is on three floors, each of which opens onto a large, elegantly furnished, panoramic terrace. 

Ground Floor: (Steps lead down from the entrance to the ground floor) 

Large living-room with various exits to the panoramic terrace, the furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. The Louis 16th style chairs in various parts of the drawing room are truly unique. You can find a small WC with wash basin, professional kitchen, 1 double bedroom (bed 1.7 x 1.9m) with bathroom with shower and access to the panoramic terrace. 

First Floor: (accessed from two staircases located on opposite sides of the ground floor): 

4 double bedrooms each with bathroom with bathtub/shower, all with access to the second terrace, of which one is walk-through or otherwise with independent access from the terrace. 1 small single bedroom with bathroom with shower (suitable for staff).

You can reach the villa from the street level by going up a 200-meter (660-foot) public walkway that includes about 100 steps.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE (STAFF SERVICE):
