Located on the second floor (with elevator) of Antellesi Palace, which dates back to the second half of sixteenth century , in a perfect position inside Piazza Santa Croce, in the heart of Florence city center. The facade of the building is one of the most relevant elements of the entire Square. The walll decoration consists of beautiful paintings which represent allegorical illustrations, cherubs, flowers, arabesque and plant elements. In this district there are streets full of shops, delightful restaurants and within a few minutes walk it’s possible to reach the most important monuments of Florence.

PARKING
Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.

ACCOMODATION

Apartment on two levels in classical Florentine style (198sq.mt -2131 sq.ft) can host up to 7 people and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. At the entrance there is a frescoed corridor which leads to a living room furnished with couch and a flat screen Tv. On the left there is a dining room with 10/12 seater dining table, in front of it is a modern and well equipped kitchen. Going along the corridor it’s possible to reach the sleeping area. On the right is the first bedroom with two single beds( mattress 90 cm – can be joined together) and an ensuite bathroom which has a shower with curtain. On the left is the second bedroom with double bed (mattress 160 cm – can be divided) and ensuite bathroom with bathtube and shower curtain. A stairway( 14 steps) leads to the third double bedroom(mattress 160cm – can be divided) . Going 4 steps up is the ensuite bathroom with bathtube and shower curtain.

There is a connecting door in the living rooms between the Benozzo and Donatello Suite apartments that, upon request, can be opened in order to expand the apartment to become one large apartment with 6 bedrooms for 11 guests.

Air conditioning: one split for each bedroom(3 split), 1split in the living room, 1 in the dining room and 1 in the kitchen.
Gym: the building offers a fitness room, equipped with cyclette, stepper and tapis-roulant.

CONDITIONS AND PRICES

Included in the price: Utilities included, final cleaning, towels and sheets provided, condominium fees, and agency fees.
Not included in the price: Tourist tax of 3,00€ per person (over the age of 12) per night, for the first 7 nights (for information regarding exemptions and reductions, see our F.A.Q. page).

Security deposit: For stays equal to or lesser than 15 days, all clients will have to grant € 300.00 with a valid credit card 7 days before check-in for a pre-authorization. For stays between 16 and 30 days, guests will have to pay €1000.00 7 days before check-in. Prepaid and/or debit cards are not accepted. For rentals over 30 days, special conditions apply.
