Area
To find the castle, you must leave Deauville to venture on the pastoral roads of Calvados, in the direction of Pont-l’Evêque. The fields of apple trees follow the national forests, interspersed with green pastures where cows graze quietly. Further on are the few houses and thatched cottages which house the 500 inhabitants of Saint-André-d’Hébertot, a tiny village where the castle is hidden. Outside the village, it is located in the center of a park protected by thickets of secular trees.
